Isabel Harper

Isabel joins the team with nearly ten years of Petroleum Geology and Management experience with an emphasis on resource delineation and optimization, asset development, economic evaluations, production analysis and data analytics. She has worked for large independent public operators across multiple active unconventional basins including but not limited to the Greater Permian, Denver-Julesburg, and Green River Basins.

Isabel started her career with EOG Resources working the Permian Basin out of Midland, Texas. She has extensive experience encompassing all aspects of onshore oil and gas exploration and development, as well managing interdisciplinary teams, and collaborating with subject matter experts including operations, land, legal, engineering, environmental safety, and business development. Isabel has a BA in Environmental Science from Colorado College and holds a Master of Science in Geology and Geologic Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
